DO EVERY CARE BUT DO NOT DO WORRY AND NEVER OPPOSITE. I.E NO CARE BUT ONLY WORRYING



Worry & Care
    

Body mind needs our “care” but  not our “worried” or worrying attitude.

When body mind gets “worried attitude” instead of “care” & attention ,it gets wrong feed.


Worrying is wrong feed for body mind.


With wrong feed ,body mind gets genuinely ill and now it becomes the real cause of worrying
