Discontent – Tool to Reach
“Inner self”


If we get fully contended with what we" ARE",

We would become discontented for what we can "BE". 

This “discontenting” is transformed to intelligence. 


"Intelligence" explores "self potential"

"Fragrance" needs "fragility"

"Fragrance" needs "fragility"

"Flower"
is very "fragrant" but simultaneously "fragile". 



Nobody can distribute fragrance to this world and simultaneously remain ROCK like solid. 
It is impossible

God is the most fragrant non element.
Godly person is flower like
HE can "wither" anytime in anyway.

 
Simple a breeze of air, direct sunlight, someone's touch orin anyway


Be careful of becoming "GOD"
YOU would become fragrant and withered.

जीवन  "आदान प्रदान" से संबधित होता है।
संबधों में एक दूसरे से आदान- प्रदान होना चाहिए,
एक -दूसरे का "उपयोग" नहीं

दूसरे का उपयोग ,अपने स्वार्थ के लिए करने से ,संबंधों में मधुरता समाप्त हो जाती है
केवल "प्रेम" आधार पर आदान प्रदान संभव है

"दुरी की महिमा "

"दुरी की महिमा "

"प्रतिष्ठित" व्यक्ति से दूरी रखने पर  ही,  उसके" बड़े पन "का झूठ बना रहता  है।









उसको "समीप" से जानने  पर उसकी "छुद्रता"  का बोध होता  है।


"परमात्म" रूप व्यक्ति को "समीप" से जानने  पर "ही" उसकी "विराटता "की प्रतीति  होती  है

और
दूर से देखने पर वह "छुद्र" प्रतीत होता है ।




"मोह"

अति  बहुमूलय  सूत्र 



जब तक  हमारे  "भीतर" से  कुछ उत्त्पन नहीं होता ,  "आत्मा"
  उदास व "मन" अस्थिर रहता है I 

उदहारण  
यदि हमारे  पास  अपनी मेहनत से  अर्जित की हुई नौकरी नही या अपने से बनाया हुआ घर नहीं , या आपने से उत्त्पन हुई संतान नहीं'
तब तक हमारी आत्मा अप्रसन्न और मन अस्थिर रहता है I 
         क्यों ?

क्योंकि 
हर व्यक्ति की "आत्मा " स्वयं से कुछ "उत्पन्न" कर , पूर्णता अनुभव करती  है।

स्मरण योग्य
"पूर्णता "आनंद" का अनुभव देती है"


समझने योग्य:
यदि अपने से कुछ उतपन्न ""नहीं"" होता, तो आत्मा "अतृप्त" रहतीं है।
यदि अपने से कुछ भी उतपन्न "हो" जाता है, तो मन उसके  "मोह" से बंध कर "व्याकुल" होता रहता है।
अपने से  उत्पन्न की हुई वस्तु या व्यक्ति से मनुष्य का मोह ,उसी के लिए बाधा भी बन जाता है।


संकट:
पैदा "न" हो तो "उदासी " 


और
पैदा "हो" जाए तो मोह के बंधन का "आजीवन"  का कारागृह!

HOW A SITUATION BECOMES A PROBLEM?

How a situation becomes a problem?
















Each and every moment, life passes through difficult situations.
Every individual has different threshold to face that situation.

Difficult situation is bound to create energy of tension& anxiety in mind because we are gifted with an instinct to survive.

An instinct to survive helps an individual to preserve his life by attending that situation through his unique response to that situation.

IF energy of anxiety and tension ,build up during difficult situation can be channelized properly, that situation leaves  great understanding behind otherwise every situation seems a problem.

Energy of anxiety and tension
Should be directed towards “periphery”
And
MUST be prevented to travel towards a series of thoughts of future

e.g
If there is a diseased state, energy of anxiety and tension is bound to be created out of natural instinct of survival.

DONT FIGHT WITH IT, ACCEPT IT. LET THIS ANXIETY BE THERE.

NOW, BE CONSCIOUS

THIS ENERGY MUST NOT TRAVEL TOWARDS THOUGHT PROCESS OF FUTURE.”
REMAIN ALERT” THAT YOU ARE NOT THINKING OF FUTURE COMPLICATIONS.

LET THIS ENERGY BE DIRECTED TOWARDS BODY BY PROVIDING BEST MEDICAL CARE ETC.
DON’T ESCAPE THIS SITUATION. DON’T BE MISER FOR BODY

Worry & Care

WE worry about diseases of our “body” rather than” caring “for health.

Worry arises due to fear of death.
OUT of this fear, what our mind does for anything is- worry not care.
ONCE, we start worrying about diseases of our body, we are unable to care it


“Worry blocks care”

AND
IF “body” is not provided care at proper time, the causes of genuine worry starts happening.

SO
BE AWARE AT FIRST STEP!
DO YOU HAVE A HABIT OF WORRY OR CARE?
Remedies
1.   Be conscious about you worrying attitude

And
2.  The same energy of “worry” becomes "caring attitude"
