Physical exercise or Monkey jumps?


Physical exercise or Monkey jumps?


Physical exercise may be done
1.   Out of fear of not getting some illness.
2. For good health
3. For smarter and good looks.

Physical exercise may be helpful in above aspects but NOT BENEFICIAL.

Physical exercise is BENEFICIAL only when it produces
  1. 1.   Physical  restfulness
  2. 2. Mental calmness
  3. 3. Inner stillness

If all above three   happens   after any physical exercise, physical exercise is JOY.


If any one of the above is missing after any physical exercise, it is mere a MONKEY JUMP
